OfficeShare prioritises business above buildings. 

The flexible workspace market is dominated by companies that seek to look vibrant and accommodating to occupiers, but are undermined by one essential flaw: massive overheads and obligations by owning, or letting, the very space they are seeking to let as flexible workspace.  They are inherently inflexible.  OfficeShare has no such constraints.  In fact, OfficeShare will never own or lease a building. 

OfficeShare helps businesses in a reciprocal way.  For those with a space – our OfficeHosts – it introduces them to the OfficeShare community of businesses looking for a space – our OfficerSharers.  OfficeHosts are free to determine how much, and how often, they wish to occupy their space, and in turn, how much is available for OfficeSharers.  OfficeSharers are free to search for space on the terms that suit them.  Both Hosts and Sharers are encouraged to talk to one another, to explore the opportunity of sharing with one another, safe in the knowledge that all the hard work is being done for them.  Their only decision is whether they want to share, and on what terms.  A dedicated space on a Monday? Two desks to host on a Tuesday? Six months to share in London on a Wednesday? One day in Glasgow on a Thursday? Working permanently from home on a Friday? You’ve got it.
